Agreement to Terms

By using this website and submitting a commission inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit personal information.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, photographs, videos, text, and design elements on this website are the property of Yuliya Yurchevskaya / Julia Art Studio unless otherwise stated. They are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

For commissioned work, usage rights are defined in the individual commission agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the artist retains copyright to the original artwork.

Commissions and Payment

• All commissions begin with a written inquiry and a signed commission agreement.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a place in the studio schedule.
• Remaining balance is due before final delivery of the completed artwork.
• Prices are quoted individually based on size, complexity, reference quality, and timeline.
• Reference photos or videos must be provided by the client and should be clear and high-resolution.

Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. Once work has begun, cancellations are not eligible for a refund of any payments made. Revisions are included within the scope defined in the commission agreement; additional major changes may incur extra fees.

Limitation of Liability

Julia Art Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the commissioning process. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific commission in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yuliya Yurchevskaya operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
